Lawrence Gordon, a well known citizen of Franklin County, died at a sanitorium in Lexington where he was sent for treatment some ten days since Sunday afternoon. He had a wide acquaintance and many friends throughout Frankfort and Franklin County. He had been actively engaged in agricultural pursuits until recent years when declining health rendered it necessary for him to retire, since which time he has made his home with his son, M. E. He is survived by five children, four sons and one daughter as follows: M. E.
