He was preceded indeath by a brother, Larry Wayne Pendergrass; and a half-brother,John Merry Pendergrass. He is survived by his wife, AileenPendergrass; two daughters, Rita Kay Orr and Pam ElizabethDavis, both of Lexington; three sisters, Flossie Meals, LoisBaumgardner and Ollita Kelly, all of Cedar Grove; a brother,L.R.
