He was called (Junia) in the above obit of his father (Sylvester). However an e-mail from Ramona Sudduth Slattery, the dau of Raymond W. Sudduth, granddaughter of Sylvester,'Bud' Sudduth, great-granddaughter of Sylvester Sudduth Sr. says, 'The 'Junia' mentioned had to be Luguina, he is not listed as a survivor, but he did not die until 1940. Believe me, there was no Junia. I spent time at my grandfather's house, I knew his brothers and sisters. I knew 'Uncle Guinea' and remember him quite well.' Mrs. Lee Suddith should be, Lee Sudduth, who was actually Leroy, a male child of Sylvester's. Both Sylvester and Fanny have stones, bearing the inscription 'love forLee's father from Melie' & 'love for Lee's mother from Melie', Meliebeing Lee's wife, Permelia, who had the stones put there. He was a substantial farmer and one of the best known men in the Benson neighborhood, where he had resided since childhood. He was the father of ten children, nine of whom, together with an aged wife, survive him, as follows: Mrs. Alice Hulett, Mrs. Dora Hulett, Mrs. Ida Hulett, Mrs. Sara Crutcher, Mrs. Ella Moore, all of the Benson neighborhood, and Mrs. Rustia Mitchell of Hatton, Mrs. Lee Suddith of Latonia, Sylvester Suddith Jr., Robert Suddith of Benson, and Junia Suddith of Frankfort.
