    Paul F. Kueber Sr., Greer
    Paul Kueber, 56, of 108 Peachtree Drive, died Saturday, Sept. 15, 2001, after a short illness.

    He was born in Evansville, Ind. Paul served in the National Guardand earned a master's degree in math from Rose Poly Institute. Paul worked as an automation engineer with Fluor Daniel. He was a member of the American Contract Bridge
    League and the South Carolina unit 160. Paul also gave of his time to children's homes in Greenville and loved to fish whenever someone was going to a pay lake or Santee.

    Paul was a devoted father and best friend of son Paul "Freddie" Kueber Jr. and his wife Jan of Easley and the loving grandpa of Joseph "Russ" Kueber. He was the beloved brother of Nancy Kuhlenhoelter and devoted armchair QB and fishing buddy of brother-in-law Gary Kuhlenhoelter.

    Surviving in addition to his son and sister are his niece, Jenni Reynolds of Summerville; two nephews, Frank Staton of Kentucky and Bill Staton of Greer.

    The family will receive friends from 1 until 3 p.m. today at The Mackey Mortuary, 311 Century Drive.

    Graveside services will be 4 p.m. today at Robinson Memorial Gardens. The Rev. David Gallamore will officiate.
