She has Registar copy of a Bible that has Jeremiah born 1779 but shethinks he may have been born 1774 and died in 1872 at 94 or 97 yrs old.

Will OF JEREMIAH TRACY

I, Jeremiah Tracy of the County of Franklin and State of Kentucky, being
of sound mind and in my usual good health do make this my last will and
testament.
To my youngest son, James F. Tracy, I do give and bequeath all my
personal and real estate, except such legacies as may be hereafter made,
to have and to hold to the same James F. Tracy and his heirs forever to
be delivered to his possession after my death. Provided, however, my
wife, Elizabeth shall be living, the said James F. Tracy is to maintain
in a comfortable manner and provide for her comfort in a decent and
generous manner during the remainder of her life and also said James F.
Tracy is to pay to my other children here married on their heirs; Milton
Tracy, Celia Spaulding, Polly Kesler, Permelia Quire, William H. Tracy,
Matilda Sanford, John Tracy and Jerry Tracy the sum of $1.00 dollar to be
paid in lawful money and to be paid immediately after the death of myself
and my wife Elizabeth.
In witness, whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal in
the presence of these named witnesses, all in the fear of God, this 8th
day of April 1864.
