My just debts to be paid.
To my son, Charles Irby, 1 negro man named Parrot, which he has in possession.
To my son, William Irby, the plantation he now lives on, it being the land I bought of Thomas Read, with all the stocks and household goods thereto belonging. Also 3 negroes now in his possession, named George, Nancy and Sue.
To my daughter, Sarah Turner, 1 negro girl named Milley, and after Sarah's death, to be equally divided among her children.
To my daughter, Chloe Moore, 3 negroes, Orange, Minor and Calamine, now in her posession, during her natural life and after her death to be equally divided among her children.
To my daughter, Wilmuth, 1 negro man named Phill.
To my daughter, Elizabeth Motley, 1 negro man, Primus. If Elizabeth dies without issue, then Primus to return to my son Charles Irby.
To my granddaughter, Nancy Irby, daughter of Harrison Irby, 1 negro girl named Fanney.

To my wife, Cathrine Irby and my 2 daughters, Ann Irby and Caty Irby, during their single lives, the plantation I now live on, including 600 acres and all stocks and all my household goods. After their single lives, then I give my grandson William Irby, son of Harrison Irby, the 600 acres. Also after their single lives, the negroes; Lucy and Sam and the stock and household goods to be equally divided between my 3 daughters, Ann Irby, Caty Irby and Sarah Turner.
I desire that my estate be kept together one year to make a crop to pay my just debts after my death, and then to be divided.
