Brooks for four hundred & sixty dollars with interest from the 23 Jan 1904 which is to be paid one third 23 Jan 1905 & one third to be paid Jane 23 1906 & the other and last third to be paid Jan 23 1907 & one note being held by Sam Carver for one hundred and eighty two dollars. Which notes is for purchase money lien and to be paid now we Willie Bell and his wife Ovia Bell covenant with J. R. & M. C. Wade that we are lawfully seized of said land & that the same is unincumbered only as above set out and that e will forever warrant and defend the title of said land unto J. R. & M. C Wade their heirs & assigns from us & our heirs and all persons whatever given under our hands this July 18, 1903. Signed: W. A.
